Support Agreements: The Fine Print
Support subscriber must have a billable address on file with Agaric Design Collective. Contract length is for one to twelve months from the day of signing. There is an early termination fee of 20% of the remainder of the contract. If the subscriber chooses to end a multi-month contract within 30 days of signing, or a year-long contract within 60 days, the early termination fee will be waived, however discounts will be removed also.
Support plans may be upgraded at any time without a change fee and the contract length will reflect the date of upgrade. If an upgrade happens mid billing cycle the previous billing cycle will be prorated according to previous plan rate. Any overage fees accumulated in the previous billing cycle will not be rolled into the new support plan and billing cycle.
Response time indicates engagement with the client and not resolution of the request.
We reserve the right to bill against the agreement for meetings canceled or
rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.
Hours per Month break down to equal hours per week (i.e. 24 hours/month is 6 hours/week) for the purposes of availability, overage charges, and roll-over time.
Roll Over indicates that up to 50% of weekly-allotted hours may roll over to the next week (i.e. up to 3 hours of 6 hours may rollover if unused. The next week will have the availability of 9 hours). Roll over hours expire within one week.
Support subscriber is responsible for all fees and charges, including overage charges. Agaric will seek approval before working any time over the support agreement limit.
Unless already working roll-over hours that week, time worked over the agreement's limit will be billed at the agreement rate for up to half-again the weekly allotted hours. Any time worked beyond 150% of the agreement's weekly hours will be billed at the usual work rate of $175 hour.
