An Agaric support agreement provides you with guaranteed access to our services and a major reduction in our usual rate. It helps us create a schedule, planning our time months in advance and ensures that we'll be focusing on your long-term needs and desires as they evolve.

À la Carte Options
- Emergency support, contact by phone at a special number 24 hours a day, seven days a week, is available for $250/month (only as an addition to one of the support plans above).
- On-site support is available with payment of travel expenses.
Support without a plan
On-call support without an agreement in place is $300/hr billed per hours worked.
Discounts
- Pay for a full year of service up front and receive a 10% discount!
- Pay bi-annually and receive a 5% discount!
